How connections work in practice:
Each time someone opens a stream, it uses one connection slot. Pausing a stream and returning within a few minutes does not free the slot immediately. If you hit the connection limit, the second device will receive an error message until the first stream is closed or times out.

Buffering is the most common IPTV Canada issue, and it is almost always fixable without changing your plan or service. Work through these steps in order:

1. Check your internet speed — run a speed test. You need 25 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K. If your speed is below this, contact your ISP.
